Description

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for Communications and other functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain financial models that identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders to support planning cycles and resourcing decisions.
  • Identify inefficiencies in financial planning, reporting, and tracking processes and lead improvements.
  • Support strategic cross-team initiatives with financial analysis and business cases.
  • Provide financial support for global campaigns, events, fundraising initiatives, and grant-funded programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
  • Direct experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment is preferred.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity-driven problem solving.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, multicultural team across time zones.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is preferred.
  • Experience in global nonprofit finance, grant management, or international financial operations is preferred.
