Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain onboarding, compliance, and ongoing training programs for Care Advocates and related roles.
  • Create e-learning modules, videos, presentations, job aids, and assessments using adult learning and inclusive design principles.
  • Own and maintain the Care Advocate handbook and a centralized knowledge base of SOPs, how-to guides, and training materials.
  • Lead virtual onboarding sessions, professional development workshops, and compliance training for frontline and clinical audiences.
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for Care Advocates during and after onboarding, including coaching and issue support.
  • Own TalentLMS end to end, including course setup, enrollments, learning paths, assessments, certifications, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain learner records and audit-ready documentation for digital learning and compliance activity.
  • Track onboarding readiness, completion, engagement, certification status, and quality metrics, and surface risks proactively.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations SMEs and team leads to keep training aligned with current workflows, compliance standards, and performance goals.
  • Support change management communications and help teams adopt workflow, script, and policy changes.

Requirements

  • L&D experience in a healthcare setting such as clinical operations, community health, telehealth, value-based care, or another regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated instructional design experience building e-learning, video content, job aids, and assessments.
  • Hands-on LMS experience, preferably with TalentLMS, or strong experience with a comparable platform.
  • Experience supporting frontline care teams such as Community Health Workers, Care Navigators, or other patient-facing staff.
  • Familiarity with compliance training and certification tracking in a regulated environment, ideally including health plan partner requirements or HIPAA-adjacent programs.
  • Ability to build and interpret dashboards or readiness reports to measure training effectiveness.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and end-to-end process ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including virtual facilitation and change communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across a diverse, geographically distributed team.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and openness to using them more efficiently, with training and support provided.
  • Tech fluency with Slack, Google Suite, LMS platforms, and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Preferred experience training Community Health Workers, care navigators, or other frontline roles in Medicaid or Medicare Advantage contexts.
  • Preferred familiarity with value-based care models, social determinants of health, or care coordination workflows.
  • Preferred experience supporting health plan compliance requirements or quality audits.
  • Preferred background in change management within a clinical or care delivery organization.
