Description

  • Lead wholesale partnerships and expansion for the UK and Ireland across retail channels such as technology, sporting goods, and health and wellness.
  • Build and manage a multi-year retailer pipeline by analyzing market trends and performing retailer diligence.
  • Conduct retailer outreach, develop proposals, lead negotiations, and create onboarding plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Legal and cross-functional teams to execute contracts and establish country-level wholesale policies.
  • Manage and optimize existing retailer relationships through quarterly business reviews and regular weekly touchpoints.
  • Own commercial strategy, retailer assortment, forecasts, sales reporting, inventory, and POS in collaboration with Marketing, Apparel & Accessories, Finance, and Operations.
  • Track quarterly sales targets, report on progress, and surface risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with brand country managers and trade marketing teams to grow the WHOOP membership base in the region.
  • Communicate internally on pipeline status, retailer launch progress, and blockers affecting execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales and market expansion, ideally in a dynamic startup environment with relevant retail experience.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additional language skills should be noted in the application.
  • Industry experience in consumer electronics or sports technology is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating across operations, trade compliance, and marketing.
  • Strong business acumen with a data-driven, operational, and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Curious, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working as an individual contributor from day one.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fitness, health, and technology.
  • Willingness to travel to retailers, trade shows, and WHOOP HQ in Boston, MA up to 50%.
  • Must currently live in the UK or Ireland and be based remotely there.
