Description

  • Establish accurate stock records across the Jersey warehouse and city shops, including regular cycle counts.
  • Set minimum and maximum stock levels for key parts and plan purchasing accordingly.
  • Document and implement warehouse processes for receiving, transfers, write-offs, and stock counts.
  • Launch and manage the used-parts program, including rebuilding components and returning them to service.
  • Manage the inventory team.
  • Define warehouse ERP requirements and collaborate with developers to test and improve system functionality.
  • Work directly with the CEO and operations director on inventory operations and improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inventory or warehouse management experience, preferably in spare parts, automotive, service, or e-commerce.
  • Experience using an ERP or WMS, including the ability to identify system limitations and improvements.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort analyzing inventory data independently.
  • Experience documenting processes and ensuring teams follow them.
  • Regular use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
  • Availability for at least 4 hours of daily overlap with New York working hours.
  • Experience with weighted-average or FIFO inventory costing (preferred).
  • Experience with bike or scooter fleets (preferred).
  • Experience establishing cycle-counting programs from scratch (preferred).
