Description

  • Design and optimize prompts and agentic workflows for large language models.
  • Own AI solutions end-to-end from design through deployment and monitoring.
  • Architect scalable AI infrastructure for high-throughput, low-latency operations.
  • Move AI initiatives from prototype to production systems with measurable outcomes.
  • Drive automation by identifying new opportunities and iterating on existing solutions.
  • Engage stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.
  • Translate complex business needs into technical AI specifications.
  • Develop frameworks that integrate multiple AI models and tools.
  • Ensure system designs account for security, compliance, and ethical considerations.
  • Collaborate on deploying AI models in operational environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience and 2+ years of AI system development experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience in prompt engineering or agentic AI architectures.
  • Expertise in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages for agentic AI engineering.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proven track record deploying AI solutions in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred; experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Experience with Go (Golang) preferred.
  • Strong data visualization skills preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and reside in the contiguous United States.
  • Must be eligible for clearance.
  • W-2 employment only; no third-party applications.
