Description

  • Analyze quality performance data, produce statistical quality reports, and monitor progress with support from Quality Coordinators.
  • Complete internal assessments and provide feedback on blind test ranges and team queries.
  • Support raters with ad-hoc guidance and educate them on best practices and client expectations.
  • Flag raters who show behavioral concerns and request clarifications on root cause analyses when needed.
  • Participate in creating and reviewing training materials such as best practices, newsletters, and webinars.
  • Track, analyze, and manage project data, knowledge, and related assets.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders and monitor raters’ questions and concerns.
  • Perform other program-specific tasks needed to support project OKRs.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Spanish (Mexico) and have a strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in Mexico and have strong familiarity with popular culture in Spanish (Mexico).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not to other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience in Ads quality rating.
  • Must be the only Search Quality Rater in the household.
  • Be web-savvy, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent online research skills.
  • Have a reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
  • Be able to follow instructions in English and comply with client conventions and rules.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must pass learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
