Description

Perform manual and automated testing, including smoke, regression, integration, performance, cross-browser, cross-platform, responsive, API, static testing, and UAT.
Design, create, review, and maintain detailed test cases and test plans.
Report, track, and manage defects using tools such as DevOps.
Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation scripts, frameworks, and automation infrastructure.
Collaborate with QC, development, and business teams to support testing and issue resolution.
Prepare and send test results reports after QA lead confirmation.
Build project documentation, including user manuals.
Participate in full lifecycle development and review business requirements for verification.
Identify root causes of quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Mentor and train junior QC engineers and may assist with performance evaluations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, information technology, or equivalent education and work experience.
Professional certification such as ISTQB-CTFL or ISTQB-CTAL.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver.
Experience developing automation scripts and test automation solutions.
Knowledge of testing phases and approaches, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Programming experience to write tests as needed.
Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaboration across QC, development, and business groups.
Ability to multitask, triage issues, adapt to change, and work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Hands-on experience with SQL commands.
