Description

  • Follow guidelines to evaluate the quality of filters and options in desktop and mobile views.
  • Assess whether filters and options help customers make decisions or suggest relevant alternative products.
  • Verify that filters and options match what customers are looking for based on their queries.
  • Determine whether filters and options are relevant and reflect customer preferences.
  • Review assessments for accuracy and consistency.
  • Complete project work based on task volume and client needs.
  • Participate in qualification, learning, and quality testing before starting work.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Swedish.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably have prior experience or familiarity with relevance tasks and e-commerce searches/websites.
  • Strong online research skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research within specified time constraints and manage short turnarounds.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must complete a language assessment, learning module, and mandatory quality test before starting work.
