Description

  • Own the inbound ticket queue for operational logistics and triage, resolve, or route issues across onboarding, access, tooling, and finance workstreams.
  • Build and maintain SLA tracking across onboarding and operational workflows, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
  • Coordinate end-to-end contractor onboarding logistics, including access provisioning, IT setup, and finance processing.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for client stakeholders on access and tooling issues and communicate status, timelines, and resolution paths.
  • Run operational cadences such as status updates, risk flags, and SLA reports to keep program directors informed without escalating routine issues.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, escalation paths, runbooks, and playbooks, and pilot process improvements to reduce recurring friction.
  • Work across program delivery, IT, finance, PST, and recruiting teams to unblock onboarding and align logistics priorities.
  • Track contractor onboarding costs, purchase orders, and budget spend, and manage change requests and discrepancy flags with finance.
  • Identify, escalate, and analyze logistics risks and recurring issues that could threaten delivery timelines.
  • Ensure data handling, access provisioning, and security protocols are followed across onboarding and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, business operations, or a related technical field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or technically oriented logistics/program coordination, ideally in AI data, content operations, or a fast-paced delivery environment.
  • Hands-on experience writing scripts in Python, Bash, or similar languages to automate repetitive workflows, parse data, or bridge system gaps.
  • Background in IT/access provisioning, ticketing systems, and SLA tracking.
  • Experience owning a technical help desk or support queue is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify manual or broken processes and build lightweight automation or tooling solutions without engineering support.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills, including adapting existing code or templates.
  • Ability to manage high-volume queues with clear prioritization, ownership tracking, and SLA discipline.
  • Clear written communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with near-native English preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with PST-aligned hours, including night shift from India.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, PM/task boards, and BI or reporting tools; familiarity with APIs, SQL, or ETL concepts is a plus.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Power Automate is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data annotation platforms, workforce management tools, or IT access provisioning workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret system logs, data exports, or configuration files to troubleshoot operational issues.
