Description

  • Review search results and evaluate how helpful and relevant they are to a user’s query.
  • Answer simple true/false questions about the quality of content.
  • Rate whether search results meet the user’s needs using provided guidelines.
  • Complete straightforward online tasks that support improvement of AI systems.
  • Follow project conventions, rules, and client instructions accurately.
  • Use project documentation and learning materials to prepare for the role.
  • Complete required assessments, client exams, and onboarding steps before starting work.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with the required non-disclosure agreement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. popular culture.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, web-savvy environment.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Reliable anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project conventions and rules.
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a language evaluation, client exam, learning modules, and required quality test.
  • Must apply with a Gmail address to meet client requirements.
