Description

  • Develop, maintain, and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts across UI, API, integration, system, and regression testing.
  • Perform smoke, functional, integration, compatibility, performance, regression, and exploratory testing in manual and automated contexts.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using appropriate tools and frameworks.
  • Integrate testing into Agile delivery practices and CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
  • Identify, investigate, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
  • Collaborate with developers to analyze root causes, recommend resolutions, and validate fixes.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent defect recurrence.
  • Install, configure, and manage test environments, test data, and related configurations.
  • Support customer-reported issue investigations with Technical Support, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide effort estimates, risk assessments, and clear test documentation to support delivery planning and auditability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • ISEB / ISTQB Foundation certification, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance within an Agile environment.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Ranorex, or equivalent modern tools.
  • Experience testing web, mobile, and Windows desktop applications.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and collaboration.
  • Experience using virtualized or cloud-based environments such as Azure VMs, VMware, or Hyper-V.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with performance, accessibility, and security testing concepts is preferred.
  • Experience working in onshore/offshore or distributed team models is preferred.
  • Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments is preferred.
  • Domain knowledge within healthcare, dental, or medical software is advantageous.
