Description

  • Translate pharmacovigilance and clinical-regulatory content from French into English.
  • Perform machine translation post-editing (MTPE) on safety content.
  • Copy edit translated or post-edited content for accuracy, tone, and consistency.
  • Meet strict, non-extendable turnaround times on time-sensitive safety content.
  • Support transcription tasks by retyping scanned or handwritten PDFs into Word for downstream translation when needed.
  • Work within the client’s CAT tool environment using XTM and follow project-specific setup instructions.

Requirements

  • Degree in translation, linguistics, languages studies, or an equivalent degree with significant translation training.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience translating life sciences documents.
  • Experience translating pharmacovigilance content such as SAE/AE, PSURs, SUSARs, ICSRs, DSURs, and RMPs preferred.
  • Alternatively, experience translating regulatory or clinical documents such as medical reports, protocols, synopses, ICFs, discharge reports, study reports, SmPC, PIL, or medical literature.
  • Strong daily availability; this program is not suited to part-time schedules.
  • Strong English proficiency; native-level English preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with XTM or similar CAT tools.
  • Reliable, deadline-driven, and flexible, with the ability to commit to fast turnaround times without extensions.
  • Healthcare professional background, such as nurse or physician, preferred, especially with emergency room experience.
  • Availability to cover US business hours and willingness to commit to daily and/or weekend availability.
