Description

  • Support raters in skill development and guide best practices for accurate, consistent ratings.
  • Facilitate client test rounds and help align work with client requirements and quality benchmarks.
  • Understand templates, workflows, and annotation instructions to ensure proper execution of tasks.
  • Cascading quality expectations to the broader raters team and monitor progress and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain gold sets and annotation selections that follow template instructions and peer consensus processes.
  • Analyze datasets and KPIs to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Use strategic questioning to gather information, deepen understanding, and support problem-solving.
  • Write client-facing emails, questions, and feedback with clarity and relevance.
  • Communicate concepts using documentation and clear communication strategies aligned to client objectives.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams on experiments to improve client data.
  • Conduct independent evaluations and tier 2 reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of rating experience required.
  • Understanding of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies required.
  • Italian language proficiency required.
  • English proficiency at B2 level required for oral and written comprehension.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of U.S. and local customs and societal norms.
  • Ability to evaluate content thoughtfully and understand its societal impact.
  • Understanding of survey structures and data collection methodologies.
  • Academic background in social sciences or quality roles is a plus.
  • Experience with research skills, including cross-referencing online sources, is preferred.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $20.27/hour.
  • 30 hours per week with the possibility of extension to 40 hours per week.
