Description

  • Analyze style guide, glossary, calibration, and client feedback changes across content types.
  • Lead alignment roundtables and publish monthly quality reports covering performance, improvements, updates, and arbitration outcomes.
  • Coach reviewers through one-to-one feedback, shadowing sessions, and training based on alignment data.
  • Develop evidence-based style guide proposals from recurring error and justification patterns.
  • Maintain alignment with the client’s Language Manager and manage clarifications, escalations, and expectations.
  • Own the locale’s review service score, including RQE audits and alignment performance.
  • Ensure arbitration records are accurate, valid, and well-supported.
  • Coordinate consistent quality standards across Post-Editing Leads, Post Editors, and Reviewers.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles.
  • Native-level Uzbek (Cyrillic) and professional-level English.
  • Experience serving as the primary contact for client Language Managers.
  • Experience managing arbitration, escalation, and conflict-resolution processes.
  • Deep practical knowledge of RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping.
  • Ability to analyze style guide changes, implicit client expectations, and content-type tolerances.
  • Experience facilitating coaching, shadowing, alignment meetings, and monthly quality reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills in tracking error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores.
  • Experience with major technology localization programs and calibration or alignment tools preferred.
  • Must be located in one of the approved countries and complete a background check.
