Description

  • Build a global, secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud platform using Kubernetes in AWS.
  • Develop and evolve Kubernetes operators and cloud-native automation.
  • Build products and tools that let engineering teams create and maintain cloud resources autonomously.
  • Deliver secure products and DevSecOps integrations to support security and compliance.
  • Improve observability, reliability, and cost awareness across the platform.
  • Support engineering teams in using platform products and tools.
  • Build and maintain modern CI/CD tools and services.
  • Keep Kubernetes clusters highly available and reliable.
  • Contribute to product documentation, including user guides, configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Participate in defining standards, RFCs, guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in AWS, Kubernetes, and containers is mandatory.
  • Proven technical expertise in AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, and software engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and its ecosystem.
  • Experience with observability systems.
  • Experience with operator-managed Infrastructure as Code, preferably Crossplane or Kubernetes Operators.
  • Ability to write software for production environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience solving complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, written and verbal.
  • CNCF Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKS, or CKAD are a plus.
  • AWS certifications are a plus.
