Description

  • Evolve and maintain Kubeflow, Feast, and Spark-on-Kubernetes infrastructure to support ML and AI workloads.
  • Design internal tools, APIs, and abstractions that enable distributed teams to manage their own ML lifecycle.
  • Apply software engineering best practices such as CI/CD, versioning, and testing to ML workflows.
  • Drive MLOps best practices and define lifecycle requirements for LLMOps from experimentation to production.
  • Build deployment frameworks and automation for robust, production-grade ML and AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Science teams to translate complex use cases into scalable platform solutions.
  • Partner with Infrastructure and Data teams to integrate ML artifacts with data catalog, privacy, and governance frameworks.
  • Promote a culture of wellbeing, collaboration, and work-life balance within the team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil and available to work remotely within the country.
  • Deep experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability in ML/AI environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubeflow, Spark, Kubernetes, and AWS.
  • Strong Python skills with experience building reusable libraries, APIs, and tooling abstractions.
  • Experience partnering with Data Science teams to design scalable platform solutions.
  • Ability to balance distributed team autonomy with global platform standards.
  • Platform-as-a-Product mindset with a focus on developer experience and continuous feedback loops.
  • Systems-thinking approach with understanding of ML infrastructure, data cataloging, and governance integration.
  • Experience with Terraform or Crossplane is required or strongly preferred.
  • Experience with production-grade AI, LLMOps, or similar ML platform work is preferred.
