Description

  • Develop recommendations and improve data standards, processes, and definitions within the business area.
  • Partner with global team leaders by delivering analytical insights through business-oriented datasets and visual dashboards.
  • Participate in discussions with global teams and contribute to business direction and decision-making.
  • Identify insights that can impact the broader business by working with internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Consult with managers and team leaders to turn vague issues into clear, measurable questions.
  • Create, govern, and maintain business-focused dashboards and datasets.
  • Educate business stakeholders on how to use dashboards and datasets.
  • Develop analytical insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Define and enforce efficient operational processes for data work and solutions.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience analyzing large datasets and synthesizing insights into actionable product recommendations.
  • Experience managing stakeholder requests and pushing for prioritization and impact.
  • Ability to communicate complex data and technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience translating business requests into code.
  • Advanced proficiency in building data visualizations using tools such as Looker ML or Metabase.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and data science techniques such as regression, segmentation, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically, identify solutions quickly, and drive work to completion.
  • For this role, proficiency in Python and SQL is mandatory.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
