Description

  • Build and cultivate relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries to generate consistent deal flow.
  • Own the full client relationship from initial conversation through funded transaction.
  • Advise clients on capital strategy and transaction structure for commercial real estate financings.
  • Source the right lender or investor for each mandate across debt and equity placements.
  • Prepare offering materials and run lender outreach and selection processes.
  • Structure capital stacks and negotiate term sheets.
  • Coordinate and manage all parties through closing on transactions.
  • Translate real-time capital markets conditions into actionable client guidance.
  • Leverage technology, data tools, and workflow systems to manage a high-volume deal process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRE capital markets with a focus on debt placement or structured finance.
  • Deep fluency across the capital stack, including structuring, underwriting, lender sourcing, term sheet negotiation, and closing.
  • Ability to work independently across the full advisory cycle from origination through funded close.
  • Experience standing up a capital markets practice or book of business without an inherited pipeline (preferred).
  • Familiarity with deal screening tools, CRM platforms, or automated workflow systems that support high deal volume (preferred).
  • Exposure to programmatic lending relationships or structured lender products beyond deal-by-deal execution (preferred).
