Description

  • Prepare and maintain external financial statements, regulatory filings, lender reports, and operational reports with audit-ready documentation.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables across Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Validate source data and lead reporting execution to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
  • Partner with FP&A and operations leaders to analyze reporting metrics, explain growth drivers, and prepare leadership-ready financial narratives.
  • Support month-end close, external financial reporting, annual financial statement audits, Medicare/Medicaid audits, and PACE-related projects.
  • Improve reporting automation, system integrations, internal controls, documentation, and repeatable processes.
  • Develop expertise in PACE operations, Medicare, Medicaid, Part D workflows, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Manage competing priorities, coordinate cross-functional execution, and hold stakeholders accountable for reporting deadlines.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in general accounting, public accounting, or a combination of both.
  • Big Four accounting experience preferred.
  • Regulatory reporting experience preferred.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to apply appropriate accounting treatment across multiple reporting areas.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and build reporting projects and processes from scratch.
  • Ability to quickly develop business context, identify stakeholders and data sources, and deliver clear, well-supported reporting.
  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly with Medicare, Medicaid, or other regulated healthcare environments, strongly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving organization and build scalable reporting processes.
