Description

  • Support HR Contact Center operations, including ServiceNow ticket administration and case management.
  • Complete three to four rotations across People functions over the course of the program.
  • Participate in rotations such as People Operations, Compliance, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology/HRIS, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits/Leave.
  • Carry out system-based processes for incoming team member communications, HRIS records, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain HR records and help ensure data integrity across HR systems.
  • Assist team members and supervisors with questions and processes related to talent processes, payroll, policies, and compliance.
  • Participate in team documentation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to work across multiple People/Human Resources functions during each rotation.

Requirements

  • Interest in the human resources function.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and data-gathering skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, preferred.
  • Must complete required vaccination requirements prior to employment.
  • Ability to work in a three-year rotational program with three to four rotations lasting nine to twelve months each.
