Description

  • Source, prepare, and distribute large volumes of assets for YouTube uploads.
  • Manage structured metadata, geoblocking, and asset labeling to support accurate regional monetization settings.
  • Coordinate approvals, upload requests, and asset sharing across multiple teams and external agencies.
  • Collect data and compile performance reports.
  • Upload trailers and other promotional content to YouTube to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, asset management, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail, grammar, and spelling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience evaluating systems to create workflow efficiencies.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues early and propose solutions.
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously find content and strategy optimization opportunities.
  • Respect for anime and its lifestyle and culture, with familiarity with fandom communities.
  • Experience working in the anime, animation, or gaming industry (preferred).
  • Experience using Wrike, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools (preferred).
  • Adept with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or similar tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of YouTube metrics and analytics tools such as YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, Tubular, or SocialBlade (preferred).
  • Understanding of YouTube SEO, best practices, and monetization strategies (preferred).
  • Experience working with international teams (preferred).
  • Japanese language skills (preferred).
