Description

Lead content strategy and production for a recurring webinar series, including scripting, platform enablement, RSVP management, and post-event communications.
Manage the development and distribution of a monthly newsletter across internal departments and audience segments.
Oversee the weekly blog and editorial calendar, sourcing stories and coordinating contributors.
Develop press releases, media statements, event promotion, and brand campaign communications.
Collaborate with Growth and Market Operations teams to support center openings, partnerships, and local engagement efforts.
Support integrated marketing and communications campaigns across internal, external, digital, and community-facing channels.
Create culturally sensitive, health-literate participant-facing materials across SMS, flyers, digital platforms, and other formats.
Support participant communication initiatives, including letters, educational materials, operational updates, and multichannel outreach.
Partner across Marketing, Growth, Operations, Clinical, and Executive Leadership teams to deliver strategic communications.
Leverage emerging AI-enabled communications tools and best practices to improve communications strategy and content development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field preferred, or 2+ additional years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, public affairs, or marketing; healthcare experience preferred.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across newsletters, blogs, press materials, speeches, and other formats.
Experience with SharePoint, Canva, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and Smartsheet.
Experience independently producing content and managing cross-functional projects such as webinars and newsletters.
Familiarity with integrated marketing communications, digital engagement strategies, and evolving communications technologies preferred.
Interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging best practices for communications strategy, audience engagement, operational efficiency, and content development.
Ability to travel and work at one of WelbeHealth’s centers at least 3 days per month, including overnight stays to visit distant locations.
Experience translating complex topics into clear, engaging content is strongly preferred.
Strong relationship-building and project management skills in a collaborative environment are preferred.
