Description

  • Collect and review client government and personal documents for visa or immigration cases.
  • Ensure submitted documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with company procedures.
  • Provide timely updates to clients to support case progress and reduce delays.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to clarify requirements and resolve documentation issues.
  • Support clients with empathy and professionalism throughout complex or stressful processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end case workflow.
  • Manage multiple cases, calls, updates, and follow-ups while maintaining quality and focus.
  • Use internal systems and tools to track documents, tasks, and case status.
  • Handle sensitive information carefully and maintain attention to detail in all document processing.
  • Contribute to process improvements and take initiative to solve issues independently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, documentation, or administrative roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing technical support via phone or chat in English.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing and organizing sensitive client documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High proficiency with computer systems and internal tools.
  • Experience using Admin Panel, Zoho Voice, Google Sheets, and task management software.
  • Ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
  • Calm, empathetic, and client-focused approach when handling concerns or delays.
  • Experience in a process-oriented environment is preferred.
