Description

  • Research and develop the platform using generative AI and AI agent technologies.
  • Design and implement prompt engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture for AI/GenAI use cases.
  • Build and maintain software components, wrappers, APIs, and utilities in Python.
  • Assemble intelligent AI agents to support a variety of business use cases.
  • Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and generative AI services such as recommendation engines and deep learning models.
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
  • Work directly with customers and communicate solution approaches clearly in a client-facing role.
  • Apply agentic AI approaches, including LLM-powered solutions such as NLQ-to-SQL translation.
  • Evaluate and integrate large language models, open-source models, embedding models, and vector databases.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience; the role also specifies a minimum of 5+ years in Generative AI and 2+ years in traditional Machine Learning.
  • Experience in AI/GenAI solution work involving prompt engineering, architecture, consulting, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience in software development.
  • Strong communication skills for a customer-facing position.
  • Deep understanding of GenAI/ML technologies and their implementations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and solid knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
  • Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
  • Experience with LLMs, Transformers, CNNs, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, NLP libraries, embedding models, and vector databases.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Llama/Llama2, other open-source models, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Experience in the financial, healthcare, or insurance industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree from IITs, NITs, BITs, or IIITs is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of Rs 10,00,000 to Rs 50,00,000 per year (INR 10–50 LPA).
  • Remote work from anywhere in India.
