Description

  • Partner with research teams to identify and close knowledge gaps in management consulting and corporate strategy topics.
  • Create and maintain high-quality annotation standards aligned with consulting methodologies and frameworks.
  • Develop detailed evaluation rubrics to assess strategic reasoning, case analysis, and advisory judgment.
  • Review and evaluate consulting-related tasks and solutions, providing clear and actionable feedback.
  • Contribute domain expertise to improve AI model performance.
  • Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency, rigor, and accuracy across datasets.
  • Support AI training and evaluation workflows in a structured, high-quality environment.
  • Adjust responsibilities as project requirements and performance expectations evolve.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
  • Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in an equivalent in-house strategy function within a large enterprise.
  • Demonstrated career progression such as Analyst, Consultant, Engagement Manager, or a partner-track equivalent.
  • Deep expertise in at least one consulting domain such as strategy, operations, M&A, digital transformation, or financial advisory.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and business judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • W-2 employment structure and ability to work at least 20 hours per week during weekdays.
  • Experience applying consulting frameworks and strategic thinking to business challenges (preferred).
  • Background working on advisory scenarios or complex business problem-solving (preferred).
