Description

  • Design realistic legal scenarios based on civil litigation practice, including motions, discovery, depositions, briefs, and case strategy.
  • Draft gold-standard responses at attorney-level quality to guide AI model learning.
  • Evaluate and grade AI-generated outputs using structured rubrics and legal standards.
  • Provide detailed written feedback to improve accuracy, reasoning, and legal soundness.
  • Participate in onboarding sessions, office hours, and specialty calibration discussions.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of professional experience in civil litigation in a law firm, government, or in-house legal team.
  • Hold a J.D. from an accredited U.S. or Canadian institution, or an LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited U.K. institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom, active or inactive.
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience with e-discovery tools such as Relativity, document review, or privilege analysis is preferred.
  • Exposure to appellate or trial work is preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal case management systems is preferred.
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with 40+ hours preferred.
  • Must be based in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
