Description

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in large datasets.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to track KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.
  • Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, scripting, and predictive modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver insights.
  • Interpret data and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the development and improvement of data models, pipelines, and quality checks.
  • Stay current on analytics and data science trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in a data analyst or data scientist role, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar tools such as Power BI or Looker.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and how to apply them to real-world business problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Exposure to machine learning techniques and libraries such as scikit-learn or XGBoost is preferred.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git and workflow automation tools like Airflow is preferred.
