Description

  • Own end-to-end IT infrastructure across cloud environments, endpoint management, networking, and SaaS platforms.
  • Configure, manage, and maintain Windows and macOS devices, including provisioning, patching, lifecycle management, and remote support.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune and Jamf for device policy enforcement, remote provisioning, and compliance.
  • Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management.
  • Design and enforce Zero Trust security controls, including MFA, SSO, endpoint protection, and access policies.
  • Monitor security posture using Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel, and vulnerability management tools.
  • Own incident response, security monitoring, and IT risk management in line with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR requirements.
  • Manage networking infrastructure, including SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall policies.
  • Administer core SaaS platforms, manage integrations, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams on CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation.
  • Drive automation using PowerShell, Python, or Microsoft Power Platform to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
  • Manage IT budget, vendor contracts, procurement, asset tracking, documentation, and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • 10–18 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows and macOS device administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf MDM platforms.
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Conditional Access, and PIM.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including Zero Trust, MFA, SSO, endpoint protection, and incident response.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel, and vulnerability management tools.
  • Experience managing networking technologies such as SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls from Cisco, Palo Alto, or Fortinet.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and audit readiness requirements.
  • Automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure Virtual Desktop or VDI, ServiceNow or Jira, SaaS/startup environments, and GxP or life sciences compliance.
  • Preferred certifications include AZ-104, AZ-500, MS-102, SC-300, CompTIA Security+, and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, cross-border team and communicating with UK-based stakeholders.
