Description

  • Own web optimization and A/B testing in partnership with the demand-gen team.
  • Lead the web-side execution of AEO in partnership with the AEO lead.
  • Run webflow.com as a living website with continuous development, design QA, performance monitoring, and iteration.
  • Turn webflow.com into an account-level pipeline engine through experimentation, personalization, and conversion architecture.
  • Design, build, and ship landing pages and site experiences end to end in Webflow.
  • Own the web measurement layer, including event tracking, funnel analytics, and attribution.
  • Support campaign orchestration across the web as a channel in partnership with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and the AI-native team.
  • Drive opportunities for Sales by instrumenting the signal-to-pipeline feedback loop.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, PMM, and the broader Revenue org.
  • Apply AI to production growth workflows to improve content, routing, personalization, and optimization.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience owning and optimizing a high-traffic B2B SaaS marketing website as a product.
  • Experience leading a mature experimentation program with statistically rigorous testing.
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
  • Experience with marketing analytics, instrumentation, funnel analytics, and attribution.
  • Ability to apply AI to production growth workflows with appropriate human oversight.
  • Ability to think in systems, ship and iterate quickly, and define problems sharply.
  • Technical fluency to QA pages in Webflow, read Marketo triggers, sanity-check schema markup, and interpret Tableau attribution models.
  • Preferred: public thought-leadership presence on modern growth infrastructure (LinkedIn, podcasts, industry talks).
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $150,000-$180,000 in Zone A, $141,500-$170,000 in Zone B, or $131,500-$158,000 in Zone C.
