Description

  • Lead root-cause investigations into map quality issues to identify workflow vulnerabilities, metric anomalies, and organizational breakdowns.
  • Act as a technical bridge between Engineering/Product and Operations by translating escalations and guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and contextualize operational escalations for engineering and product partners.
  • Translate complex logic into clear, executable instructions for Mapping Operators.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and keep workstreams moving toward deadlines.
  • Proactively revive stalled projects and close the loop with clear completion summaries.
  • Analyze data trends to support conclusions and investigate anomalies.
  • Maintain structured, reproducible analyses using tooling and heuristics when complete data is not available.
  • Support the creation of robust, scalable solutions to improve map quality processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or project management.
  • Track record of driving process improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency with data, including organizing large datasets and creating structured models in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical logic to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a history of making pragmatic decisions when data is incomplete or processes are undefined.
  • Experience with SQL, including writing basic queries to retrieve data and answer questions independently (preferred).
  • Familiarity with mapping concepts such as spatial data, polygons, or map editing tools (preferred).
  • Vendor management experience, including creating guidelines or managing quality/workflows for outsourced or contingent teams (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 USD.
