Description

  • Own the full-funnel paid growth strategy across acquisition, activation, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Deploy and optimize significant budgets across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging AI-powered ad ecosystems.
  • Design campaigns and channel mix decisions based on revenue logic, pipeline targets, payback periods, and marginal CAC.
  • Work closely with Sales, Regional Marketing, Brand, RevOps, and Analytics to ensure paid media contributes to ARR growth.
  • Build and lead an AI-native experimentation engine for creative iteration, localization, testing, and scaling.
  • Partner with Analytics to develop and maintain attribution frameworks using GA4, HubSpot, and ad platforms.
  • Monitor performance by region, segment, cohort, CAC, conversion, and payback, and make decisions based on revenue impact.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a small team of performance specialists with high accountability and weekly review loops.
  • Target and optimize toward higher-value Mid-Market and Enterprise segments with stronger ACV and expansion potential.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large B2B SaaS paid media budgets tied to closed-won ARR rather than MQLs or traffic.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and automation-driven campaign management, including smart bidding and conversion APIs.
  • Strong analytical fluency with GA4, HubSpot, and direct ad platforms.
  • Ability to build, defend, and interpret cohort analysis and other revenue-focused performance reporting.
  • Experience designing structured, high-velocity experimentation and testing programs.
  • Proven ability to lead a high-performance team with weekly review loops and strict decision deadlines.
  • Experience using AI for predictive audience modeling, creative iteration, smart bidding, and campaign scaling.
  • Comfort operating autonomously and presenting structured recommendations with revenue impact estimates.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback periods, and incrementality.
