Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing North America field marketing team.
  • Own strategy and execution for MSP-focused events, roadshows, user groups, association events, peer groups, and community activations.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the MSP ecosystem, including influencers, associations, peer networks, and technology alliances.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing programs, MDF initiatives, and partner enablement activities for MSPs, National Partners, and Distributors.
  • Drive partner recruitment, onboarding, activation, and engagement to support partner-led growth and pipeline.
  • Translate global campaigns and corporate messaging into localized regional programs for North America audiences.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, event, content, and partner-led channels to generate demand and pipeline.
  • Partner with North America Sales Leadership to align go-to-market priorities, territory marketing plans, and pipeline targets.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs for pipeline influence, partner recruitment, engagement, event ROI, and program performance.
  • Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget to maximize marketing-influenced and sourced pipeline.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in field, demand generation, or channel marketing roles, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple marketing functions and geographies.
  • Deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem, community dynamics, and partner business models.
  • Proven experience driving MSP recruitment, engagement, and event-based pipeline influence.
  • Track record of achieving marketing-influenced pipeline goals and partnering closely with Sales to accelerate deal progression.
  • Experience with integrated marketing across digital, events, content, and partner-led programs.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate marketing metrics into business impact.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior executives.
  • Strong budget management, forecasting, analytical, and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $160,000 to $180,000 per year.
  • Eligible for a 20% annual bonus.
  • Telecommuting is permitted within commuting distance of the Seattle office.
