Description

  • Define, build, and visualize core product and business metrics.
  • Design and analyze A/B experiments to evaluate product changes.
  • Adapt data models for new products, pricing models, and business initiatives.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams on product-qualified leads, engagement, billing, and revenue analytics.
  • Build and maintain canonical data models as reliable sources of truth.
  • Develop production ETL and reverse-ETL pipelines for internal and downstream users.
  • Create AI agents to automate data-team workflows.
  • Establish data quality monitoring and reliability standards.
  • Build self-service analytics tooling across the company.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis of user behavior, business mechanics, growth opportunities, pricing, leads, and churn.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in an analytics-focused data role.
  • Advanced SQL and dbt experience with a modern warehouse such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations with Hex, Looker, Mode, Tableau, or Metabase.
  • Ability to connect data work to business decisions and outcomes.
  • Engineering mindset with experience in scalable queries, data-stack cost management, version control, CI/CD, and testing.
  • Strong autonomy, initiative, communication, and ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights.
  • Curiosity and persistence in investigating unexpected metric changes.
  • Experience integrating AI or agents into daily workflows.
  • Experience with the GCP data stack, including GCS, BigQuery, Dataflow, or Dataproc (preferred).
  • Production-grade Python, early-stage startup data-team experience, or familiarity with Warp (preferred).

  • $180,000–$210,000 target base salary.
