Description

Partner with stakeholders across labels and global functions to identify problems and deliver impactful solutions.
Design, build, and deploy full-stack solutions spanning Python backends, React frontends, data pipelines, and AI tools.
Develop dashboards and Streamlit applications using Databricks and Snowflake capabilities such as Genie and Cortex.
Translate manual, time-consuming workflows into efficient AI-enabled processes.
Communicate technical solutions clearly to stakeholders from entry level through executive leadership and manage expectations.
Rapidly assess ambiguous problem spaces, define effective solutions, and deliver results without fully curated requirements.
Explore new technologies and adapt across multiple business domains and concurrent stakeholder needs.
Align solutions with Data and Insights engineering standards, tools, and roadmap.
Establish architecture frameworks, operational playbooks, and technical guidelines, including Agent Development Kit standards.
Build modular solutions and publish reusable implementations as internal marketplace assets.

Requirements

At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
Strong software engineering and data fundamentals, including Python development.
Experience designing or implementing data pipelines, such as ETL workflows.
Experience with Snowflake or Databricks; familiarity with both is preferred.
Experience working directly with customers or non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Streamlit, notebooks, Genie Code, or Cortex Code is preferred.
Ability to develop across backend, frontend, data, and AI solution components.
Experience delivering production solutions with AI tools such as Gemini, Cortex Code, or Genie Code.
Strong product sense, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and bias toward action.
Ability to establish architecture standards, write playbooks, and create reusable modular assets.
