Description

  • Own product roadmaps for ARROW, the demo marketplace mobile app, and Tango, the core publishing backend platform.
  • Lead product discovery and feature delivery from concept through launch.
  • Serve as the primary product contact for Engineering, Design/UX, and Technical Program Management teams.
  • Drive ARROW enhancements that support publishing revenue and demo access for internal teams, A&R executives, and external partners.
  • Contribute to Tango capabilities for song metadata, rights management, and royalty processing.
  • Partner with Recorded Music and Music Publishing engineering teams to use global rights, repertoire, and audio-asset data.
  • Align business leaders and operational stakeholders on product priorities and workflows.
  • Work with A&R teams on talent discovery and pitch workflows and with Global Copyright Administration on song registration, ownership tracking, and royalty collection.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of Product Management experience.
  • Track record of shipping scalable B2B or consumer-facing mobile and web platforms.
  • Familiarity with media, music publishing, or digital rights management.
  • Ability to understand complex music-business workflows and data dependencies.
  • Experience taking end-to-end ownership of systems and user journeys.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with engineering, executive, and creative stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across Engineering, UX/Design, Technical Program Management, and operational teams.
