Description

  • Own product strategy and roadmap across the full Sureel stack.
  • Conduct customer discovery, interviews, market research, competitive research, and workflow analysis.
  • Translate commercial and licensing concepts into scalable product workflows and capabilities.
  • Write and own PRDs, user journeys, workflows, success metrics, acceptance criteria, and implementation priorities.
  • Work directly with Engineering and AI teams to resolve trade-offs, remove ambiguity, and validate functionality.
  • Partner with Client Relations to address onboarding friction, adoption barriers, and partner feedback.
  • Analyze product usage and partner behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and investment.
  • Establish product discipline and governance, including prioritization frameworks and roadmap reviews.
  • Define what should be core platform infrastructure versus configurable, integrated, or bespoke.
  • Help shape the future product organization and identify resource needs as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Experience building enterprise B2B software, platforms, infrastructure, APIs, or technically complex products.
  • Strong product judgment with a deeply hands-on approach to strategy, customer interviews, requirements, workflow review, and product testing.
  • Experience owning products from discovery through launch and adoption.
  • Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to uncover underlying problems beyond feature requests.
  • Ability to translate complex business models, workflows, and customer requirements into scalable product systems.
  • Comfort working with technical teams on APIs, data models, integrations, AI systems, infrastructure, and technical trade-offs.
  • Understanding of enterprise product requirements and how they differ from consumer products.
  • Commercially minded approach that connects product decisions to customer value, adoption, strategy, and business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate with incomplete information and create structure in a fast-changing category.
  • Preferred experience in media, music, rights management, licensing, payments, marketplaces, compliance, creator platforms, AI/ML products, developer infrastructure, or data-intensive platforms.
