Description

  • Own product strategy and roadmap across the full Sureel stack.
  • Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive research to inform priorities.
  • Write and own product requirements, including PRDs, user journeys, workflows, metrics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate commercial and licensing models into scalable product capabilities and workflows.
  • Work directly with Engineering and AI teams to resolve trade-offs, remove ambiguity, and guide development.
  • Partner with Business Development, Client Relations, and leadership to align product direction with customer and business needs.
  • Define what should be core platform infrastructure, configurable, integrated, or bespoke.
  • Analyze product usage and partner behavior to identify adoption issues and growth opportunities.
  • Drive products from discovery and concept through launch, adoption, iteration, and expansion.
  • Establish product governance, prioritization frameworks, and decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Experience building enterprise B2B software, platforms, infrastructure, APIs, or technically complex products.
  • Strong product judgment and a hands-on approach across strategy, customer interviews, requirements, workflow review, and product testing.
  • Experience owning products from discovery through launch and adoption.
  • Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to identify underlying problems beyond feature requests.
  • Ability to translate complex business models, workflows, and customer requirements into scalable product systems.
  • Comfort discussing APIs, data models, integrations, AI systems, infrastructure, and technical trade-offs with technical teams.
  • Understanding of enterprise product requirements and how they differ from consumer products.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to customer value, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate with incomplete information and create structure in a fast-changing category.
  • Preferred experience in media, music, rights management, licensing, payments, marketplaces, compliance, or creator platforms.
  • Preferred experience with multi-sided platforms, large enterprises, AI or machine-learning products, developer infrastructure, or data-intensive platforms.
  • Preferred experience translating contracts, pricing models, or business rules into product capabilities.
  • Preferred experience as an early product hire or product leader building product practices from scratch.
  • Preferred experience working directly with C-level executives and translating company strategy into product execution.
