Description

  • Directly manage, mentor, and develop a globally distributed team of Product Managers.
  • Own the platform strategy and roadmap for the distribution ecosystem.
  • Lead product work across rights and royalties, digital supply chain, analytics, and internal tooling.
  • Build intuitive internal tools and streamlined workflows for operations teams.
  • Partner with engineering and design to validate ideas through continuous discovery.
  • Collaborate with business operations, legal, finance, and product leadership to align priorities and manage risk.
  • Define performance metrics and improve operational reliability across platform services.
  • Manage technical debt thoughtfully and ensure delivery supports global digital distribution.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and alignment for remote team members across time zones.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of product management experience.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and scaling global product teams across time zones such as EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
  • Preferred background in digital supply chain, rights management, or complex enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to bridge technical architecture and business operations.
  • Strong communication skills for translating complex technical or domain concepts to different audiences.
  • Ability to unblock teams, make prioritization decisions, and work through ambiguity.
  • Experience building trust and collaboration in remote teams.
  • Mission-driven interest in music and how product work affects artist growth and royalties.
