Description

  • Work directly with business stakeholders across labels and global functions to deliver rapid solutions using data and AI.
  • Partner with the Product Solutions team to identify, shape, and implement solutions for diverse business problems.
  • Build full-stack solutions, including backend services, frontend interfaces, dashboards, and Streamlit apps.
  • Develop data pipelines and interoperability layers to support solution delivery.
  • Use Python and AI tools to design, build, and deploy production solutions.
  • Translate non-technical stakeholder pain points into practical workflows that reduce manual effort and turnaround time.
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels in clear, non-technical language and manage expectations throughout delivery.
  • Contribute to engineering standards and ensure solutions align with the Data and Insights roadmap.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders.
  • Strong Python experience.
  • Experience with data pipelining or ETL.
  • Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
  • Exposure to Genie Code or Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit is preferred.
  • Ability to work across backend, frontend, data, and AI tools, including React.
  • Strong product sense and ability to define solutions with limited requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for learning, adaptability, and a mission-driven interest in the music industry.
