Description

Partner with Product Solutions and business stakeholders across labels and global functions to deliver rapid solutions.
Design, build, and deploy automation and production solutions using data and AI.
Develop full-stack solutions, including backend services, data pipelines, and front-end interfaces.
Build and maintain Python-based backend components.
Create dashboards and Streamlit applications to support stakeholder workflows.
Use Databricks and Snowflake AI tools such as Genie and Cortex to accelerate solution delivery.
Translate non-technical stakeholder pain points into practical workflows and tools.
Communicate progress clearly, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders informed.
Contribute to engineering standards and align solutions with the Data and Insights roadmap.

Requirements

At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
Experience working with customers or non-technical stakeholders.
Strong Python experience.
Experience with data pipelining, such as ETL.
Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
Exposure to Genie Code or Cortex Code is preferred.
Experience with Notebooks and Streamlit is preferred.
Ability to work across backend, frontend, data pipelines, and AI tools.
Strong product sense, empathy, and ability to solve problems with limited context.
Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
