Description

  • Partner with Product Solutions and business stakeholders across labels and global functions to deliver rapid solutions.
  • Design, build, and deploy automation and production solutions using data and AI.
  • Develop full-stack solutions, including backend services, data pipelines, and front-end interfaces.
  • Build and maintain Python-based backend components.
  • Create dashboards and Streamlit applications to support stakeholder workflows.
  • Use Databricks and Snowflake AI tools such as Genie and Cortex to accelerate solution delivery.
  • Translate non-technical stakeholder pain points into practical workflows and tools.
  • Communicate progress clearly, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Contribute to engineering standards and align solutions with the Data and Insights roadmap.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience working with customers or non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong Python experience.
  • Experience with data pipelining, such as ETL.
  • Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
  • Exposure to Genie Code or Cortex Code is preferred.
  • Experience with Notebooks and Streamlit is preferred.
  • Ability to work across backend, frontend, data pipelines, and AI tools.
  • Strong product sense, empathy, and ability to solve problems with limited context.
  • Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
