Description

Advise technical leaders, stakeholders, and strategic partners throughout complex Graph+GenAI engagements.
Design and lead scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise requirements and industry best practices.
Discover customer requirements, assess data ecosystems, and identify opportunities for graph-based AI applications.
Manage stakeholder alignment, project scope, priorities, risks, delivery timelines, and business outcomes.
Develop, test, deploy, and integrate production-ready AI applications using graph databases, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
Optimize the performance, scalability, and efficiency of deployed AI applications.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to influence the roadmap and develop methodologies, thought leadership, and published assets.
Deliver workshops, training, documentation, and internal enablement for customers and Neo4j teams.
Maintain current knowledge of emerging generative AI technologies and practices.

Requirements

7+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications across the full software development lifecycle.
2+ years of experience working with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and application integration.
Advanced proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or another major programming language.
Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and enterprise version control systems such as Git or SVN.
Expertise deploying and scaling applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP, with knowledge of cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack and platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
Experience with data engineering, analytics, or data science, including structured and unstructured data pipelines, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Deep expertise in graph data modeling, Cypher, and graph databases such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or TigerGraph; experience with triple stores is also relevant.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, problem-solving, and team mentoring abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

Annual on-target earnings of $200,000–$265,000 USD for U.S.-based employees.
