Description

  • Deliver rapid solutions for diverse business stakeholders across labels and global functions.
  • Work directly with non-technical customers to translate pain points into practical workflows.
  • Build full-stack solutions spanning backend services, frontend interfaces, data pipelines, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Develop backend functionality in Python.
  • Create dashboards and Streamlit applications.
  • Use Databricks and Snowflake AI tools such as Genie and Cortex to accelerate solution delivery.
  • Understand problem spaces quickly and define solutions with limited upfront requirements.
  • Communicate progress and expectations clearly to stakeholders from entry level through executive level.
  • Contribute to standards and align solutions with the Data and Insights engineering roadmap.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience working with customers or non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Experience with data pipelining, such as ETL.
  • Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks; one is sufficient.
  • Preferred experience using Genie Code or Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit.
  • Strong product sense and ability to solve problems with limited context.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in non-technical language.
  • Bias to action, adaptability, and a strong focus on customer impact.
  • Passion for learning and willingness to grow through feedback.

Benefits

  • Base salary of CAD $90,000 to $135,000.
  • Eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
  • Remote full-time position.
