Description

  • Partner directly with label and global-function stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver rapid solutions.
  • Design, build, and deploy production data and AI solutions that reduce manual workflows from weeks to minutes.
  • Develop full-stack solutions spanning data pipelines, Python backend services, React frontends, dashboards, and Streamlit applications.
  • Use AI tools, including Databricks and Snowflake capabilities, to accelerate solution delivery.
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into practical product and engineering solutions without curated requirements.
  • Communicate progress, manage expectations, and explain technical solutions in non-technical language to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Maintain alignment with Data and Insights engineering standards, existing systems, and the technology roadmap.
  • Adapt across multiple problem domains and stakeholder needs simultaneously.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience with Python and data pipelining, such as ETL.
  • Experience with either Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Ability to develop across backend, frontend, data pipelines, and AI-enabled tools; experience with React is expected.
  • Experience building and deploying AI-enabled production solutions for non-technical users.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to define solutions in ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, from entry-level staff to executives.
  • Customer-facing experience and a strong bias toward rapid, practical delivery.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Genie Code, Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit is preferred.
  • Interest in the music industry and motivation to support artists’ careers and compensation.
