Description

  • Co-manage program and project work for EROS artist royalty and copyright migration initiatives.
  • Lead project management activities for new version migrations, including planning, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct and coordinate Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing for system releases.
  • Provide month-end operational support by monitoring jobs and resolving issues affecting financial close.
  • Assist the business with EROS copyright configuration for new label acquisitions.
  • Execute label acquisition projects, including sales migration, sales testing, and production implementation.
  • Manage copyright application projects such as new version implementations, test case creation, user training, and production deployment.
  • Execute the EROS copyright change management process.
  • Support copyright audits through data extraction and data reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven music industry and royalty functional experience in both artist and copyright areas.
  • Proven experience with complex music and royalty data migrations.
  • Large systems development and implementation project management experience.
  • Experience managing third-party contractors and offshore development resources is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate complex analysis and data reconciliations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a matrix organization and experience on cross-divisional projects.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders who are not direct reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with royalty management and staff.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams.
  • Attention to detail and experience working independently and in collaborative team environments.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, MS Office, and Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.
  • International development and system implementation experience is highly desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field, or 8+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
