Description

  • Lead, mentor, and manage project managers and extended creative delivery teams.
  • Oversee project quality, compliance with global PM processes, and successful delivery against brief, timeline, scope, and budget.
  • Monitor project progress, utilization, burn rates, profitability, and project health, taking corrective action when needed.
  • Govern project setup, planning, documentation, risk management, QA/QC, and final client presentations.
  • Collaborate with regional and global project management, operations, resource management, finance, and client stakeholders to improve processes and workflows.
  • Support project managers with project scoping, planning, specifications, brief development, and scope management.
  • Manage resource allocation, talent utilization, freelancer input, and collaboration with global project teams.
  • Lead weekly WIP and financial governance activities, including purchase orders, cost estimates, invoices, and credit notes.
  • Support recruitment by reviewing CVs and interviewing project managers, traffic managers, and producers.
  • Drive PM onboarding, training, AI and automation initiatives, global community development, and direct-report performance management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and managing project managers and extended creative teams.
  • Deep program and project management expertise with a strong ownership mentality.
  • Excellent client engagement, communication, organization, prioritization, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage workflow and workloads to maximize productivity.
  • Knowledge of account management and invoicing.
  • Highly creative, with the ability to contribute practically to studio output.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Understanding of how to integrate with client-side teams while maintaining agency service standards.
  • Agency, communications, or production industry experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of and genuine interest in AI technologies preferred.
