Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs for labels and marketing operations teams and identify workflow pain points.
  • Support the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product area.
  • Communicate product vision to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
  • Assist with go-to-market planning, including product positioning, messaging, and launch execution.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends.
  • Use data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize product performance.
  • Lead impactful and complex projects with broad product management ownership.

Requirements

  • A new or recent graduate, or a candidate with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in the intersection of technology and music.
  • Exposure to building products through an internship, class project, or personal venture.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Curiosity, comfort navigating ambiguity, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Passion for understanding user problems and working with others to solve them.

Benefits

  • Base salary of CAD $85,500 to $100,000.
  • Eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus.
