Description

  • Proactively source candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack communities, and niche job boards.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for multiple open roles at the same time.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages and email sequences to engage passive candidates.
  • Perform quick, light screening to assess candidate interest, availability, and basic fit.
  • Partner with Recruiters to clarify role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Build Boolean strings and sourcing strategies from scratch for each role.
  • Track and optimize sourcing performance, including response rates and interested leads.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the internal ATS.
  • Re-engage past applicants and silver-medalist candidates for new opportunities.
  • Support referral initiatives and talent community building.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sourcing processes, tooling, and automation workflows.
  • Represent Arc and its clients professionally in all candidate communication.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or a similar role.
  • Interest in tech recruiting; prior tech experience is a plus but not required.
  • Hands-on or practical exposure to sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn, and outreach.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple roles and priorities at the same time.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Data-driven mindset with interest in improving response rates and candidate quality.
  • Comfortable using automation tools and internal systems.
  • Experience sourcing for remote or international roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GitHub sourcing or tech profiles is preferred.
  • Experience with email automation tools is preferred.
  • Startup or SaaS environment exposure is preferred.
