Description

  • Own content strategy across YouTube, short-form video, LinkedIn, newsletters, community, and long-form media.
  • Lead audience research and market intelligence to better understand aspiring quant candidates.
  • Develop content ideas, hooks, titles, thumbnails, and creative briefs.
  • Build recurring content franchises and editorial themes that compound over time.
  • Shape student success story content, quant firm breakdowns, salary reports, recruiting insights, and career content.
  • Drive organic lead generation through content performance.
  • Manage the content calendar and production workflow.
  • Analyze content performance and iterate based on results.
  • Manage editors, researchers, producers, and contractors as the team grows.

Requirements

  • Experience building or helping grow a serious organic content engine.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube, short-form video, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
  • Ability to turn technical or niche topics into compelling stories.
  • Understanding of hooks, titles, thumbnails, retention, and audience psychology.
  • Creative, analytical, and performance-driven mindset.
  • Focus on leads and revenue, not just views.
  • Ability to manage editors, researchers, producers, and contractors.
  • Interest in ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
