Description

  • Run high-velocity review campaigns to close the volume gap with competitors and maintain category leadership on Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Maintain a steady cadence of reviews on G2 to protect WalkMe’s leadership position across Digital Adoption Platform categories.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of peer review programs, including profile maintenance, review moderation, and incentive management.
  • Transform customer reviews into sales and marketing assets such as voice-of-the-customer one-pagers, comparison grids, and social proof snippets.
  • Expand WalkMe’s presence into strategic categories beyond Digital Adoption Platform, including Learning Tech and AI.
  • Partner with Field Marketing to plan and execute onsite review initiatives at industry events and WalkMe user conferences.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing and the Head of AR to evolve peer review strategy and align it with analyst relations and brand goals.
  • Develop and distribute enablement content for the global sales team.
  • Build relationships with Customer Success, Sales, and Field Marketing to identify advocacy opportunities and integrate review generation into the customer journey.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Advocacy or Peer Reviews managing G2 and Gartner Peer Insights programs for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Deep familiarity with G2 Seller Solutions and Gartner Vendor Portal.
  • Ability to understand how reviews influence Gartner Magic Quadrant and G2 Grid positioning.
  • Exceptional writing skills for enablement content and executive-level outreach.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, and Field Marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage timelines and cross-functional stakeholders with minimal oversight as a self-starter contractor.
  • Experience working in a contractor role and operating independently is required.
  • Experience with review moderation, incentive management, and profile maintenance is preferred.
  • Experience supporting review programs at major events and conferences is preferred.
