Description

  • Design, build, and operate services, proxies, and automation for SQL, NoSQL, search, object, and file storage.
  • Scale data systems through sharding, replication, capacity planning, Multi-AZ resilience, and large-scale migrations.
  • Develop integration libraries, APIs, infrastructure-as-code modules, and self-service developer platforms.
  • Own availability, performance, and resilience; participate in on-call, incident follow-ups, SLO definition, and alerting.
  • Automate operational workflows and replace manual storage requests with self-service solutions.
  • Collaborate within a platform engineering squad to improve developer velocity and reduce operational complexity.

Requirements

  • Senior Software Engineer at L3 level with experience delivering complex projects end to end.
  • Strong software engineering and platform or infrastructure engineering background.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Aurora, or SQL Server at scale.
  • Experience with Redis/Valkey, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Solr, S3, or EFS.
  • Expertise in performance tuning, production troubleshooting, replication, sharding, migrations, and high-volume multi-tenant systems.
  • Experience building integration libraries, IaC modules, or internal developer platforms.
  • Ability to use automation, AI/LLMs, and modern development tools thoughtfully and responsibly.
  • Fluent English and effective communication in a fast-paced global environment.
