Description

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication for the Success team.
  • Partner with Client Success Managers to organize onboarding, campaign launches, and recurring deliverables.
  • Coordinate handoffs between Creative, Media, and Success teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Monitor project milestones and task completion across departments.
  • Document communication, updates, and follow-ups in Airtable or Asana.
  • Prepare project summaries and leadership updates for review.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve cross-department efficiency.
  • Assist with implementing new initiatives and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Maintain organized project templates and standardized systems for the Success department.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, client success, or marketing operations.
  • Experience working in marketing, franchise, or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to structure, accuracy, and detail.
  • Clear, confident communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and support team members effectively.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection.
  • Back-up internet connection.
  • At least 16GB RAM.
  • Core i5 or higher processor.
  • Perfectly working webcam, microphone, and audio.
  • Organized workstation.
  • Experience supporting multi-location or franchise accounts is a plus.
  • Background in digital marketing or creative project management is a plus.
